Meet the Team
Creating and developing great ideas is what we do every day and we can only do that by having a great team of people behind us. From the directors through to the technicians and office staff there is one thing which unites us - the desire to do the very best for our customers every time.

Technical Director
Rob Maybury
Rob has worked in the event and production industry for over 20 years and enjoys the diversity of challenges each project brings. As Technical Director he is often the brains in creating technical solutions for complex events and productions. He enjoys nothing more than taking an initial concept, developing it and seeing it through to final completion.
With his previous experience in the broadcast industry Rob is also well placed for both radio, video and television related projects. He is an experienced director, broadcaster, editor and camera operator and enjoys nothing more than using his creative skills to good effect when it comes to producing video campaigns and projects.

Events Director
Jennie Lawrence
Jennie has been working for the Radiquip Media Group for over 15 years and brings a wealth of experience to the business – ultimately ensuring that our clients get the best customer experience and benefit from all of our brands. Jen works with our clients to ensure that their events exceed their expectations, picking up on the smallest details and often without them knowing! Liaising with venues and contractors has become second nature and she loves nothing better than a challenge – fitting a round peg in a square hole is something that comes easily to Jen!
When not organising events, Jen leads our video interviewing team, having interviewed a wide variety of subjects including Murray Walker, Rory Bremner, Micky Mouse, and the customary village fete donkey! Jen brings passion and commitment to the Radiquip Media Group, building on her 12 year primary teaching career and experience of working for national charities – she understands what you are trying to do and knows how to get you there! Most importantly Jen always says ‘yes we can’, and then goes out of her way to make it happen.

Technical Events Officer
Luke Marsden
With a varied and colourful career path, Luke brings a wealth of experience and diverse skills to his role. From his early days working as a kitchen fitter to his time in advertising sales and 10 years as a prison officer, Luke's journey has been anything but traditional.
After transitioning out of the prison service, Luke took on the role of Market Manager for Salisbury City Council, where he played a key role in organizing the Salisbury Charter Market and various city events. This mix of practical skills, leadership, and creativity has shaped his approach to the events industry.
Luke’s strengths lie in his hands-on expertise, especially in woodworking, prop installation, photography, and graphic design. He enjoys seeing projects come to life, from the first CAD drawings to the final product. For him, the most exciting part of the job is the production process, from conception to completion, which is both challenging and rewarding.
Outside of work, Luke is an avid watch collector, passionate about photography, and enjoys playing rugby and golf. His interests give him a well-rounded perspective that he brings to the team.
