Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

"Radiquip" (also referred to as 'we' and 'us') means Radiquip Media Services Ltd, whose registered office is at Unit 20, Sarum Business Park, Lancaster Road, Old Sarum, Salisbury, Wiltshire. SP4 6FB.

"Site" means Radiquip's e-commerce web site located at http://www.radiquip.co.uk

"Sales Terms" means terms and conditions related to goods purchased from the Site.

2. The Sales Terms

2.1These Sales Terms govern the supply of any goods you order via this Site. If you do not agree with the Sales Terms, do not order any goods from the Site.

2.2 If Radiquip accepts any order for goods from you, then its agreement with you will be made on these Sales Terms.

2.3 These conditions should be read in conjunction with, and are additional to, our standard policies and legal notices as shown on our website relating to privacy, products and website use.

2.4 Radiquip reserves the right to amend the Sales Terms from time to time. Radiquip will publish the amended Sales Terms on the Site and any new versions of the Sales Terms will come into effect as soon as Radiquip publish them on the Site (with the exception that any orders that Radiquip have already accepted from you prior to any such change will be subject to the Sales Terms in force at that point). If you use the Site after Radiquip has published the new Terms, your continued use of the Site indicates that you agree to be bound by the new Sales Terms.

3. Availability

3.1 Whilst every effort is made to represent accurate stock levels on our website, the indication of stock does not guarantee that a product is available for immediate dispatch.

3.2 If any item you have chosen is unavailable, Radiquip will contact you via phone or your email address and set out the options that are available. You will have the option to have the item placed on back-order or to request a refund of the purchase price.

3.3 Radiquip may terminate or suspend the supply of any goods displayed on the Site in the event of no stock, for support or maintenance work or for any other reason. Radiquip may do this at any time and without notice.

4. Buying goods from this Site

4.1 Radiquip may change the prices of the goods displayed on the Site at any time. The prices for all the goods available on the Site are clearly marked in their description and the VAT breakdowns are listed as well. All applicable delivery charges are also displayed on the Site.

4.2 The receipt of an email order confirmation from Radiquip indicating that a transaction has been authorised is simply a recognition that we have received the consumer's requested order.

4.3 The display of goods for sale on the Web site constitutes a mere invitation to treat. There will be no contract between Radiquip and the consumer until we actually despatch the goods to you (or in the case of pre-payment when payment is received by Radiquip). At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods without giving reason.

4.4 At the moment that the goods are dispatched (or in the case of pre-payment, payment is received by Radiquip), a contract will be made between Radiquip and the consumer.

4.5 Due to the technical complexities associated with trading online, Radiquip Media Services currently takes payment immediately by authorising and settling all transactions immediately after the customer's address has been verified by their issuing bank.

4.6 If a product is not available to dispatch at the time of the order, the payment taken will be regarded as a prepayment. When the order has been processed the customer is then billed accordingly.

4.7 For orders placed via the Site, Radiquip accepts Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and JCB cards. When making your payment, it is imperative that you provide the information that Radiquip specify is required, for example, cardholder's name as it is shown on the card and address exactly as it appears on the card statement.

4.8 Ownership or title to the product shall not pass to you, the buyer, until Radiquip has received payment in full.

4.9 You will be charged in UK pounds sterling.

4.10 We reserve the right to terminate the contract in the event that the goods are unavailable, miss-priced or cleared funds are not received.

5. Delivery

5.1 Our delivery prices are based the total weight of a consignment. Delivery prices for individual items are shown on our website. The delivery charge for multiple items is based on the total shipment weight. The charge covers packing, handling and delivery.

5.2 Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are usually shipped the same day for next day delivery, however we offer no guarantee that your goods will reach you within this time. You should allow at least 3 working days before contacting us if your order has not been received.

5.3 Orders placed over the weekend, after 2pm on a Friday or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day and shipped, subject to availability, within 24 hours of processing.

5.4 Items may be dispatched in more than one package, and will not necessarily arrive at the same time. If you have not received your goods within the above timeframe, please contact us by email: sales@radiquipmedia.co.uk.

5.5 The delivery prices shown on our website apply to UK Mainland locations only. Delivery to other locations are available by prior arrangement with the cost of shipping confirmed at that time.

6. Returns

6.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. We try to ensure that the products are the same as those shown on our site, although sometimes differences do occur.

6.2 Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, however sizes, colours and designs may vary.

6.3 If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit you should inform us within 24 hours and we will replace the goods immediately or offer a refund of the final purchase price including initial shipping costs. If the damaged item forms part of a multiple order then the delivery charge will not be refunded.

7. Cancellation

7.1 You have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of the date of receipt of the goods, provided the goods are returned to us new and in an unused condition in the original packaging together with a copy of the receipt.

7.2 Before returning any item you should request a returns number from us, by email or telephone. An advice slip showing your name, address and the returns number should included with the returned items.

7.3 Returns should be sent to Radiquip Media Services Ltd, Unit 20, Sarum Business Park, Lancaster Road, Old Sarum, Salisbury. SP4 6FB.

7.4 Providing the items are returned in a saleable condition a refund will be provided within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

8. General and governing law

8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any dispute arising therefrom.
